Our Mission as a Pregnancy Resource Center
Pregnancy Support Services (PSS) is a Christian, non-profit pregnancy resource center located in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, offering help and hope to women considering their choices in an unplanned pregnancy.
As a community pregnancy clinic, we are committed to providing honest, helpful, and accurate information to women in Chapel Hill, Durham, and surrounding areas who are considering their choices in an unplanned pregnancy.
Since 1982, we have worked diligently to keep our community services free, relevant, and accessible. Today, PSS provides resources and education for women facing unplanned pregnancies and also offers post-abortion care and support.
Our goal is to walk with you during this sensitive and challenging time. We are dedicated to creating a safe and supportive environment for you, regardless of your circumstances or beliefs. All of our services are free and confidential. We provide free medical-grade pregnancy testing, limited first-trimester ultrasounds to confirm pregnancy, prenatal vitamins, and resources about the choices of parenting, adoption, and abortion.
